Thanks for posting this site...I think. I promised myself I wouldn't buy anymore stuff! My husband must never see this bill! I tried to hold back but they have so many great things! Ordered stuff for last Disney trip and upcoming Disney trip, cruise stuff, Virginia stuff, camping/outdoor stuff. I'm in trouble this time...but shipping was so reasonable.
That is an incredible site - so I try to stay off it!
Dizneydogs - I have probably half a dozen or so sheets left over from my last cruise book that I doubt I'll use. If we go on another cruise it will be several years in the future. I'd be glad to send it to you(no charge) if you could email me your address at deb.patten@davenport.edu
DiznyDog--thanks for posting this website. I'll go and check it out shortly. I have a TON of "beachy" paper, tropical stuff etc b/c the beach is basically the only place we go other than our first trip to WDW in May/June. Something you can do if you're still not finding exaclty what you want or to give it a different twist...take the brochure from DCL or whatever you saved from you cruise, and cut out words or pictures that you like. You can use these on pages that you don't have any pix on. For example, for my WDW album, I decided I would make an opening page for ech park so for my Magic Kingdom section, I have black card stock w/a postcard w/M &M standing in front of Cindy's Castle. Then I took some brochures I had and cut out words like "one magical vacation" "you're here at last" and "Capture the Magic" and a few other things and then added some stickers my DDs rec'd from their Highlights subscription of the Disney characters and scattered around the page. In red letters I spelled out "Sunday-- Magic Kingdom" . Looks pretty good if I do say so myself! And since I don't have any pictures, I don't have to worry about what's acid free and what's not.
You can get TONS of brochures from your local travel agency. If you don't have one near you, email me and I'll mail you some. I have alot in stock and they're going out of date 12/04 so I don't mind sharing. (I'm an independent travel agent and work from home!)
GOOD LUCK!!
Karen
