Good Morning all. Another day closer to the cruise and the cat juggling in mallory square.

Cathy hope that you are doing well and Art is behaving himself. Do you guys have any snow on the ground yet? It was 32 last night for the first time.

Ave hope that Casey is feeling his oats and has he started to make out a Christmas list yet?

Nancy hope that everything is well with you and Norm.

Guess that Dan and Scott are in Port Canaveral this morning. I am sure that they are bummed out.

Mary hope that you are getting over the post cruise blues. We need you to get to posting more Are you going to rebook with Capt Marvin again?

I have to get the baby a new car seat for use in our car. The little chunk has outgrown her infant carrier. Thought about just tying her up in a small cargo net in the trunk Mike

that's a lot of money , but this way you don't need to ask yourself what to give your daughter for xmas
Yeah, the retractable hardtop is great. Today we had temps in the 50ies and blue skies in the afternoon and so we could drive with the top down
But the snow can come now: Since wednesday I've got some brandnew snow tyres on some brandnew and very nice alloy wheels. The only downside: The tyres are only certified for speeds up to 119mph (I couldn't let the opportunity pass to remind you of your speed limits - But you can take revenge by quoting the your gas prizes )

Well guess what guys.............................we had so much fun on the ship that we were able to book another week and are still on board! Ha Ha you all thought that we would be sad today! OK, so I will quit bragging now.

Viking: The Boss is Great in concert. If you are a fan you should check it out.
Papa: Casey's list is easy...he wants EVERYTHING! But will be happy with ANYTHING.

I e-mailed the folks at DU about a "special place" for the group to get together and they said no problem as long as everyone was booked through DU. Since that is not the case, I guess we will have to work out other plans. Oh well, I tried.

Still having beautiful weather here. No snow in sight. But we are no longer having to run the AC 24/7.

DD got all As on her report card, even though she missed a week in Sept. 28-Oct 5 to visit her sick Aunt. That's my girl!

I saw him in concert in the early 80ies in Frankfurt and he was great. But we don't go to concerts very often now. First, because they have become so outrageously expensive, and then because Anja doesn't like being in confined spaces with too many people around. She's only about 5 feet tall and all she sees then is backs and shoulders. We prefer musicals where you can sit down. This Friday we will go and see Starlight Express.

Viking: If Anja ever saw The Boss in concert she would get over her claustraphobia(sp) Real fast. I've seen him 3 times. Twice in NY (Born To Run and Darkness Tours) and once in Mobile Alabama, (The River Tour). I now live too far from any "big" city to see him play again. Maybe you could invite Bruce and the E Street Band on our cruise. I would even buy them a round of drinks.

BTW,
did anyone recognize that we passed the 10,000-view-limit today? I think we should work on getting past the 1000-post-line before Xmas. We won't be posting very much around Xmas as we will be on a 9-day-vacation in Kiel (Northernmost part of Germany) from 12/19 on. We'll visit my in-laws, some friends and workout in the Kiel branch of our gym.

OK, I can post a little more now, all rested up!

The western cruise was GREAT! We loved Cozumel the most and had the best excursion there, the Jeep Safari tour-SO MUCH FUN! I drove the whole time and mom still can't believe that I can make tires squeel on sand! The jeep in front of us had bruises the next day from the seatbelts but we were all ok. If anyone is thinking of doing this, do it! The $84 a person is so worth it and you get to run the jeeps as fast as you want to! So many times we were so close to wreaking into the jeep in front of us and the jeep behind us came close to us as well!

Key West was OK and in cayman we stayed on the ship. Almost everyone recognized us from last year and it was great catching up with them. Clare in Treasure Ketch is so great!

We did book onboard and transfered the reservation to DREAMS. Donna the cruise line booking person onboard made mistakes left and right with the reservation, everytime she would give us a price she'd call later and say it was wrong by $700, mom got quite mad over this, a difference of $2100 on the 2 reservations!

Just notice that there are 26 other families booked throuhg DREAMS for our cruise. Is there anyway to find out who all is booked through DREAMS?

We are booked through Dreams also, a total of 5 staterooms. I have been trying to get the others in my group to get on the boards but so far, no luck. I will keep working on them.

Curious about the cat juggler too.

BTW, everybody knows that there is only one item appropiate for juggling: Chainsaws
And I heard that peeling a potatoe can be
much more dangerous than chainsaw juggling

Yes, we also booked thru Dreams, and our agent is Donna again. She handled our last cruise perfectly - And so did Lisa from Dreams with the land portion. They're just great!!!

We are booked through Dreams Unlimited. We were very impressed with our treatment on our 9/28 cruise.
I made my first purchase for my Cruise 10/11/03 box. I bought a set of walkie-talkies. I took the advice of VondaP and got a set that has subchannels since the set Rellingtwin brought last time did not work. Maybe this will help us avoid the "where are the kids" ship searches, of which there were many.
I've got to run, making breakfast for my Starfish Team. Sausage/cheese quiche with fresh fruit and OJ. Hope they like it.

I'M TRYING TO LURK AND GET CAUGHT UP ON WHAT I MISSED. IWAS MIA CAUSE I FINALLY HAD HAND SURGERY TO REMOVE THE CYST ON MY RIGHT HAND. AS USUAL I THINK I PUT IT OFF TOO LONG. Eric hope that you and Anja enjoy your trip to Kiel next month. Is that still a really busy seaport like it used to be a long time ago?

Cathy hope you are back on track again with your hands really soon. It is frustrating to not be able to use one!

We had a nice time with the kids in disneyland, but it doesn't compare to disneyworld. We knew that, but always go with great joy and expectation and then we (me anyway) always feel a little let down.

kathy, hope you can get your little prius sometime, soon, Bill says the money you save in gas will make it pay for itself in no time!
We still haven't sold our house and would really like to get out of it soon. Wwe are lowereing the price LOTS. Maybe that will get someone going.

I am frustrated with my husband and my computer. Mary, I think you were the one who said it was only you that used your computer. That was my intention when I bought this one. but Bill keeps coming in here! I lost the key I had for the door. I think I will call the locksmith tomorrow and treat myself to a new one.

I feel a little mean, but gosh! the man has a 2000 square foot shop that is heated no less! YOu would think that he could put a computer out there and use it! Sorry, just am upset that everytime I come back to MY computer, the settings are changed.
