Isabel didn't even cause a rain shower today. It was a BEAUTIFUL day!

Hopkins (Tina) VERY cool that our group gets to keep Pinky!Are you going to bring a list of Dis'ers so we can be sure everyone is at the meeting place?

I have not had much luck contacting the electric car folks. I e-mailed one place yesterday but no response yet. I tried to call both places last night but they were already closed. I'll try again tomorrow evening when I get home from work.

Viking(Eric) wonderful you met up with a policeman who was able to get you some stuff.

Piglett33(Renee) It's so nice of you to make buttons! My family would love them too. George, Mary, Regina, George. Of couse I will also have the name tag for my lanyard the @GoofyNut (Cathy) has made for everyone! Thanks Cathy!

For the next 3 weeks I am going to try to use everyones screen name(real name). It is my way of trying to get your real names into this "swiss cheese" brain of mine!

Renee-- We'd love buttons here too, if you don't mind. One for Don, Colleen, Josh and Mandy. Don's DIS name is ohioscootersdad, Colleen's is scootersmom. Josh and Mandy don't have DIS names, but you could put scooter on Josh's. I looked at the pic in the link and they're really neat!

Eric & Anja-- In case I don't have the chance to get on here before you leave.... have a safe trip! Can't wait to meet everyone. And a huge thank you for all you've done to get us together. It's truly appreciated!

Can't wait for this cruise to start. Looking forward to meeting old friends and new friends. You have all become part of our extended family and thank you all for being there through good times and bad.

I know that on both the cruisetoberfest I and dis cruisears cruise knowing everyone on the boards just made the cruise that much easier and a whole lot more fun.

Kathy and I have been very busy these last few days and looking forward to getting away from Nashville for a while.

I got a suitcase down from the attic yesterday and put it in DS#2 room. Since it is starting to get cooler here, I thought I could start to pack some of the shorts. I keep repeating---- I will not overpack, I will not overpack, I will not overpack. I promised Norm I will not bring an overweight bag.

I washed my t shirts, but now one of the white one's looks to small. It was an XL, but doesn't look much bigger than my medium. So I might have to go over to Michaels and buy another one. Just when you think you are getting things done.

I still haven't decided what little gift to bring. We live in the snack capital of the US, so have alot of choices.

Tropical Storm Isabel has arrived. Schools are going to be closed on Friday. So far just alot of rain and some wind. They are calling for high winds until mid day tomorrow. At least I got the grass cut on Wednesday otherwise it would be a foot long.

tonyg - we'll be meeting outside Tinkerbell's Treasure Shop behind Cinderella Castle, where they set up the coach for pictures at 8pm. If you get a chance, come on over and bring the family. We will be dressed as Peter Pan, Wendy & Tinkerbell.

I was talking about the cruise with a drug rep today. She said she could bring me some bags (think Big Brown Bag) for everyone to haul away the goodies from the sail-away party. I thought that it was a good idea, since last year I was the only one in my family with a beach bag, and got to carry everyones stuff around.
She is suppose to bring me about 40 bags! Then she asked me if I wanted some travel mug coffee cups! Of course I said yes.
Anyway, if she comes through I might just have something for you coffee drinkers to carry up to the beverage station.

DD got her dress for formal night, a birthday present from her aunt Mary (Rellingtwin) It is sooo pretty!

Jeff, I know you didn't offer to me, but I was thinking of something for my mother. Do they sell those "name" type shirts in Germany? They're t-shirts (or sweatshirts) that has the family names on them. I wanting one with a very German name on it....Stockhausen....for my mother. I'd be happy to pay you for it if you could find her one. Size Large.

To Be Perfectly Honest I do not know if they do those or not. I will look around over the next few weekends to see what we can find.... I have never really thought of looking.... BUT we will make a special effort for you.

Eric:- Do you have a Idea where to get one....

Please don't make a special effort to find one of these. I just thought if you knew where they were sold you could see if they had her family name.

We bought ones (with my maiden name) in 1990 from a mail order company. And they said Munchen Biergarten Deutschland which is why I thought maybe they'd be easier to find in Germany.

If you just happen to be cruise shopping and see one great, but don't make a special effort. We all have too much to do before leaving for the cruise. I appreciate the offer though.
