Crt question

I booked CRT for dinner. When i did it online i had to give a credit card number. Now that we are here we did the dining plan. I know it counts as two credits. Was my credit card charged already or was that just to hold the reservation? Can i still switch it to the ddp when i get there tomorrow?

It just hold the reservation and if you are a no show it will charge you. You can pay with the DDP when you get there...no worries!

You don't remember if you were charged? I'd double check because sometimes the online system doesn't register that you have the dining plan when you book and still charges you. If you were charged you can still use your credits and they'll refund the prepay.

I made CRT ressies a few months ago. My CC was charged IN FULL that day for our lunch reservation in November.
We are now using the DDP and I phone the dine line and they were able to refund my money to my CC and change my ressie to reflect DDP. The money took about 3 days ot be refunded.
I would phone ASAP, before you go to CRT

Just did this - paid in full then took dining plan. Card was charged. Then, I got the amount i paid refunded after our meal there and i paid with credits. It seemed like it was routine there - must happen often.

In January I was charged and then refunded when I used DxDDp. It was no big deal I think it is a regular situation. When I called to ask about it they said the computer sometimes doesn't link the DDP online. I was nervous I'd get double charged but when we got home DH checked to make sure the refund showed on our cc statement. No problem

Credit cards are charged in full at time of booking.

If you made your CRT ADV online, you were probably charged already. We have always made ours over the phone and they usually charge $1 to make sure the card is valid (and you get the $1 credit back).
