Changed adrs so family of 6 including 2 kids 9and 7 could enjoy last night in the Castle for dinner. Has anyone enjoyed the food there, I'm hoping its good for 2 TS. and what do they offer the children it doesnt seem to say on allearsnet. We have done the breakfast there years ago and enjoyed it.

I don't remember exactly what the offer for dinner. But I had prime Rib don't remember what everybody else had but we all like it.

I was just there in May and thought the food was very good. I loved the spring roll appitizer and the prime rib was a huge peice of meat. It did have alot of fat on the edges but once you cut it away it was good. The chocolate dessert was very good too. It's nice to try at least once. I would defintely do it again if I were going for a special occasion. No one had any complaints when we went. I got a free mini cake for my birthday while I was there too.

we had dinner there 5/2008, and thoroughly enjoyed the food, the decor & the entertainment was cute, too. You should know that the mousemaids do quickly make the table rounds & will pause quickly for pictures with your table, but the Fairy Godmother does not circulate and does not stop even briefly for pictures. So if you want any pictures at dinner, you better have your camera ready! (Your group does get the wonderful posed pic with Cinderella before going up to the dining room.)

For apps, our table had 3 BLT salads, and 1 had corn-crab soup. The salads were fresh and very good-lots of bacon (real, not fake-bake-o bits) The guy with the crab soup said it was fabulous. For entrees, 2 had the prime rib, rare...it was wonderful. one had the salmon, said it was "good, not the best he'd ever had, but good" DD (age 19) had the tortellini...said was "good enough, way better than college cafe version!" So I guess I'd say the prime rib was the best of the entrees offered, although everyone ate what they ordered. The desserts...the chocolate buckle was the best. Don't even remember what the other dessert was...maybe cheesecake? Or a sorbet? Anyway, we all shared tastes & the chocolate was the best by far.

Sorry, don't know for sure what the kids menu was (none under 10) but if it follows the pattern of other Dis restaurants, there's probably some sort of pasta dish & some sort of chicken nuggets!

I had the lamb when I ate there in November and it was really good. I think my DH got the same thing and we each tried a different salad. We like our meal but Dh was still hungry when we left.
