It will be me, ds (4), and dh. I can't decide if my son would enjoy the princesses, or if I should simply just do the castle for dinner. Anyone else bring a small boy to the princess breakfast? He isn't very familiar with the princesses, but he loves Ariel, who I kno won't be there anyway.

If you are not going for the princesses, I would base it on the menu. Breakfast is standard fare, but the "french toast" is so yummy! Plus, you can get into the park early if you can snag a reservation and that is priceless.

Lunch has the princesses to, but offers menu choices. It would be a nice break before heading back to the resort for swimming or relaxing.

Dinner has no princesses, but often Cindy and FGM are in the lobby for pictures and autographs. The food is supposed to be really good, although I haven't been there for dinner yet. Keep in mind to schedule it so that you can see Wishes and Spectromagic if so desired.
