CRT dining plan question!

I'm on the iPhone app so excuse me if I'm short. If you're on the dining plan how does a reservation work? Do you pay in advance and get reimbursed? Was looking to do lunch in May and was wondering! Does anyone prefer lunch over dinner? Thanks!!

If you are on the dining plan you give them a credit card number to hold the reservation. You will not be charged unless you are a no show. Breakfast and lunch will have multiple princesses and characters coming around to the tables - more of a conventional character meal. At dinner, Cinderella will to a meet-n-greet in the lobby and at dinner The Fairy Godmother will do a little song and dance with the mice, but there is no character interaction other than that.
