CRT deposit and using vouchers

I managed to get CRT for breakfast after trying for each of our trips the past 3 years. I bought the vouchers to use for this breakfast and when I made the PS they told me I had to charge the deposit to my credit card and said they didn't know what the vouchers were. Can anyone tell me how they fixed this if you had the same thing happen?

We had a $35 deposit for CRT charged to our cc. When we got to CRT and gave them vouchers for some of us, they owed us $5. They are refunding the $5 to the credit card we presented at CRT which is different than the cc we gave for our deposit. They said they don't keep that info on file.

Haven't gone yet will be going first week of January but I made 2 reservations for CRT and they did take my credit card both times but told me we would not be charged because I had the vouchers. Both CM told me that they put notes in my reservation that I had the breakfast vouchers and they told me because of this my credit card would not be charged. They stated they needed to take a credit card number in case we didn't show up. We haven't seen a charge yet. I made the ressies a month ago.
I'll update everyone with the details when I get back.

We were just there on Sunday morning. When we checked in they told me that a charge had already been made, I told them I intended to pay with vouchers, they said it could be straightened out at the time of the check.

At that time I did use the vouchers, be sure & check! They tried to apply them to my children's meals rather than the adults , it took a while to straighten it al out, & I will be sure to see that the right amount was billed to my credit card.

But it is possible to use them.
