We are going to Disney at the end of Aug. and part of the reason for the trip is to celebrate my husbands birthday BUT his birthday is in September. Since I am a teacher and can't go in Sep., Aug. was the closest time. Are we able to celebrate his birthday even if it is not his birthday on that day ? We have a dinner booked at the CRT ( as well as many other ADR'S) - if we are able to celebrate even though it is not the right date - is CRT a good choice or should we celebrate at another restaurant.
