CRT and the dining plan?

How does this work when I call to book? Of course I've had to pay in advance when booking in the past. But this is the first time we'll be eating here while on the dining plan. How do I do this?

You'll need to provide a credit card to hold the reservation. They wont' charge your card unless you don't show up.

They don't need to take your word for it. They've got your credit card number. If you don't show, you'll be charged. If you don't have the dining plan when you eat, you'll be charged.

When I made our CRT ADR, they asked if we were on the dining plan and our reservation number so that they could verify. I think that if you were not on the DDP, they would go ahead and charge your card up front.

When you call to make a CRT ADR and want to use dining credits, they will "link" your Disney reservation with dining plan to your CRT reservation. You will still need to provide a cc as a guarantee for no-shows.
