crowds???

We are going December 8-14. never been there at this time. how are the crowds and how are the christmas events??

any info appreciated!!

We went last Dec. the week prior to your trip & the crowds were heavier than I anticipated, however, not overwhelming. We went last week & we literally walked on the rides & attracations - no wait at all for much of anything.

Last week I did miss being able to see the Xmas decorations & also the Osborne Lights - they are not to be missed. They are spectacular. Hopefully, next year we can return in Dec. & be able to see them.

Was hoping it will be walkon. I have heard that MK is packed on the weekends. Anyone know what park we should visit on the weekends.

We were in disney same time last year and walked on all rides except on the sat. when magic kingdom was packed.
It was so nice we are going back for the same two weeks this year.

I've always wanted to visit that time of year due to the lighter crowds and cooler weather.

We always go the first 2 weeks in Christmas (this trip is 12/9-12/17) and the crowds are not bad at all. It's really a great time to go and experience Christmas in Disney. I would typically try going to either MGM or Animal Kingdom on the weekends.

The first 2 weeks of December are an excellent time to go. You get to take in the holiday experience while not dealing with the "holiday crowds". crowds don't typically get too hairy till sround the 18th or so. GREAT timing you have, so enjoy it!! And do NOT miss the Osborne Lights at MGM!!!!!!!
