Crowds on the resort monorail after MK closing

Specifically on a MVMCP night (where MK closes at 7 pm for the party but Wishes isn't until later in the evening during the party).

If I finish a meal at the Contemporary at, say 7:15 pm, will I face big crowds and a packed monorail trying to get to the Poly?

If so, will any of the other transportation options likely be any better (walk to MK and take either: express Monorail to TTC and walk to Poly, take boat from MK to Poly, or take boat from MC to TTC and walk to the Poly) or is this just a flat out bad time to be finishing a dinner such that all of the options are going to be bad?

I love the Contemporary, but hate the monorail anytime outside of the mid-day lull. My past few trips and my next few I'm traveling with a stroller (double), and the stress in finding a place to park it makes the experience unpleasant. We drive to all the parks and walk to the MK because the monorail is always so crowded (except during midday, when we use it as part of the experience).

So yes, monorail will be packed with people heading to the GF, Poly, and Epcot, especially since the MK just closed. A few people will be getting off at the CR, but just a few.

You'll also encounter people getting on the monorail to get over to the start of the party...and to get to dinner in World Showcase.

The lines move, and the monorails come through one after another, but it is not a relaxing experience.

The ferry to the TTC and launches to the resort will not be as crazy. But after the walk over from the CR, you probably aren't going to save any time.

Personally, I'd take the walk to the boats to avoid the craziness....but that's me. I'll drive an extra few minutes to avoid sitting in traffic, even if it takes me a few minutes longer than if I sat in traffic.
