We will be cruising DCL out of NYC on Oct. 29th. We get a stop in Port Canaveral where we will be bused over to the parks on Nov. 2nd. Talk about commando Disney. 4 parks in approx 14 hours.

We cruised the NYC cruise in Aug. 2012. We skipped Epcot all together, just hit the main rides at HS and AK so we could focus on the rest of the time at MK.

This time I am thinking the crowds will be much lighter than in August. We again will only hit the highlights, but the kids and I are determined to step foot in all four parks this time.

We have only ever been in November during Thanksgiving time. So I have no idea if the crowds fall off immediately after Halloween, or is there still a bit of a leftover crowd from Halloween?

There really is no time when crowds are low like they used to be. 11/2 is prime Food and Wine season, so Epcot will probably be crowded, especially later in the day.

Crowds should be less than August, but you will need fast passes and meal reservations, especially if you plan to hit all 4 parks. Hours will be shorter too. Check the calendar on the Disney site.

Have fun!

On touring plans.com the crowds are listed as:

MK: 4
Epcot: 1
Disney's Hollywood Studios: 2
Animal Kingdom: 2

Looks like a good day overall.

I've found weekdays during food and wine aren't bad, Nov 2 is a Wednesdwy, after Halloween, week before Jersey Week, shouldn't be crowded.

We've gone first week of Nov and it's a great time to go. Ignore anything you read/hear about "Jersey Week" it's no different than any other time.
