Crowds mid march?

There will be spring break crowds but much of it also depends on when Easter falls. Are you looking at 2018?

Easter is at the end of March in 2018, so you'll likely encounter spring break crowds and build-up-to-the-holiday crowds.

We went 3/11-15 and it was bananas. Absolutely nuts. No FP's available after 2pm, 60-90 minute waits on all the rides in the afternoons. Thankfully the weather was cooler, so it made the crowds more bearable.

We had a great time. But I had very low expectations of getting anything done. We did early mornings and left the parks by 2pm before things got insane. I was pretty bummed that F&G was such a mob scene both days we were there. I didn't really get to experience the festival. We were just trying to avoid hoards of people.

I'll never go during Spring Break willingly every again.

We are planning on going march 3-10, 2018. I am getting very nervous about the crowds, but that is when the kids can go because of spring break. I am hoping that following tips and touring plans/crowd calendars we won't be too overwhelmed with crowds. We are used to going sept/oct so it will be a big change for us.

We went on spring break last year, and it wasn't terrible. We didn't go this year but heard it was awful, and the wait times seemed to indicate that. I think next year it may be somewhere in between this year and last. That is completely uneducated guesswork on my part though.

It was absolutely packed 3/14- 3/19, but we still had a blast. There were even long waits for rides that normally don't have them, and we couldn't even get into shows or get additional FP in the afternoon. We usually go the week leading up to Christmas and this was definitely more crowded.
