crowds level sept 3-6, what to expect?

Will crowd levels be 1 and 2's? We Will have 3 day hopper passes, staying off site. So far I understand we will have one morning for MM. Should we purchase meal pkg for WOC VIP seating?

Hopefully for you guys, it will be, but just to let you know, I planned my May 7-8 visit seeing that it was forecasted to be at crowd level 4, but it was more like an 8! You just never know what is going to happen!

I would expect to see fairly low crowds in the parks, especially on Wed and Thu (9/3-4). Crowds will ramp up on Fri nights through Saturday, but I doubt you're going to see horrendous crowds because you are going after Labor Day weekend and before HalloweenTime starts.

The best guess is that HalloweenTime will start on 9/12 this year, so it's highly likely that Haunted Mansion will be down while you are there (it'll probably close around 8/25 to get the overlay installed). Space Mountain will probably still be open (it'll most likely close on Monday, 9/8 to get the overlay installed). Big Thunder Ranch Carnival area will also likely be close as it gets it's Halloween decor installed.

During that time of year, I would expect relatively short park hours (10-7 or 8 on weekdays and 9-10 or 11 on weekends). Fantasmic and fireworks will probably only show on Fri, Sat, and Sun, but WoC should be nightly.
