Crowds in Nov and Feb?

We'll be heading to Orlando 11/7-11/12 and again Feb vacation week. We've been to US/IOA twice before, although our last two trips to FLA we've done just WDW. We have one day left on some three day hoppers for US from our last time there. DH Said he'd like to use that day on our Nov Trip. My thought is to save it for now. IN Feb I'm planning to get the 14 day - 4 park pass and hope tol stay onsite one night so we get FOTL access for two days. How are the crowds at these different times. The last two times we were there were both early Feb, and we seldom waited more the 15 mintues for anything.

Except for holiday weekends, November and February crowds are generally light.

February is one of the best months to go.
Last year, they didn't even have the express machines on. I even went on the water rides. Afternoon temp is usually about 75, so I wear two t-shirts, then change in the afternoon.
