Crowds in May?

What is the difference as far as crowds during the weeks of april 30-may 10 as well as may 7 -may 17

*also when do floridian schools let out for the summer?
*and do you know of any scheduled school trips scheduled during thses 2 weeks?

From my 'research' the crowds are not usually over crowded for these weeks we are going May 3rd-13th so hoping I'm right I think schools start letting out the week before Memorial Day. HTH

I go every year in May and have been the first, second, and third weeks. Usually the second week seems to be the least crowded. In fact I'll be there again May 9th-16th and can't wait. I believe regular season starts the first of May, doesn't it. April is usually more expensive and I suppose that's due to the bigger crowds.

Will crowd levels from 20th May to 4th June be unbearable? I realize that earlier May would have been a better time to go, but my cousin's getting married and I have to help her babysit her precious pooch from May 14th to May 18th.

It won't be unbearable. It will be better than later in June, July, or early August, and better than Christmas-New Year's week and Spring Break. It will be more crowded than early May though, because of Memorial Day weekend and the fact that some southern schools may be out for the summer.
