Crowds during Thanksgiving week?

We're going to Orlando Mon, Nov. 21 go Sat, Nov. 26. I've never been to WDW during a holiday. Will the parks be crowded all week? The only days we could go to the parks are Tues or Fri.

We're staying at Universal (no WDW b/c we couldn't find someone to watch our dogs ). We'll probably go to Universal parks one day b/c we've only been once many years ago. DH and I were talking and we know we'll miss WDW and probably want to go the parks for a day. Thanks for any info.

Monday and Tuesday may not be as packed. But from Wednesday on, there will be lots of people. That might make the other parks (Sea World and Universal) less busy and a little more enjoyable.
