Crowds during New Years?

I am planning a trip to Universal/WDW and I am wondering how crowded it will be New Years Eve/Day and what kind of special events (if any) does Universal have? Are there any events at Citiwalk too?

This is generally the mother of all crowds. Crowds will be very large. As for NYE and New Year's, Grinchmas usually occurs around this time. Also, there are NYE fireworks.
