Starting March 30, the closing times go back to normal so the expected crowds should fairly light.

That is correct...when in doubt always check the calendar for park hours. the later they are open the busier it will be

7p closing = Normal.
8p closing = Busy
9p closing = Very busy.
10p or 11p = Extremely busy.
