Crowds 1st Week of August???

I know it is summer break but how crowded do you think it will be????? Is anyone just back??? how crowded was it???

We'll be there.... and MY guess is .... since Disney extended the hours for August, that the hotel reservations and tour group sign ups are up and it will be crowded and hot.

Drum Corps International is holding their international championship in Orlando the week of August 4 which includes a parade at Epcot on the evening of August 6. Since members of drum corps units are 14-21 you will more than likely see families traveling to Orlando to see their kids perform and take in Disney while they are there. The actual event is being held at Dr. Phillips High School and the Citrus Bowl.
