Who can tell me anything about this site? I got this message via Flickr today.

I assumed it is going out to anyone with a Flickr account. The website itself looks very much like another Flickr. It is actually nicely laid out and there are some super photos on there, but I've never heard of it before. Can anyone give some more info?
