We are going April 3 - 9
I Know its going to be after Easter, but really do you think it's best not to go because crowds are really that bad?

We have gone Peak time in July its was hot, but I didnt think the crowds were too bad around July 21th.

How bad is bad ?

I remember when they only had two parks at Disney world and we alway went the end of may first week of June, Waitting was a thing you had to do at disney.

Help talk me into going but tell the truth.
I can go in March or April. ( Well daughter will not go past the 10th of April says it's too hot for her.)
Any great ideals on when to go or if we should change our dates ?

Help I'm worried that the crowds are worst than any time I went to disney.. so bad that we will not enjoy going.

I'm wondering about this too. After reading the recent poll here on the DIS about Spring Break times, I started planning a trip immediately! I'm also wondering how long it will take to purchase APs, since I'm arriving on the 2nd, and that's the beginning of one of the non black-out periods for the Florida Resident Seasonal Pass. Will there be a long line of Florida residents buying these passes? We'll be arriving in the late afternoon, (staying offsite this time).
One thing is for certain: The weather should be beautiful! We stayed at POR last year, (although it was towards the end of April), and the smell of the jasmine bushes around the resort was incredible! I think we should be able to use our fast pass techniques, make plenty of PS's and have a terrific time!

Honestly ... it's absolutely impossible to predict what crowds will be like during most given weeks at WDW. Christmas, Easter, J4, and other holiday times are obviously going to be extremely crowded, but past that, it's really hard to know with any certainty what the crowd levels will be. A week that was "dead" last year may be packed this year because of a convention or a special promotion or a big sports event. It's really impossible to say, and trying to figure out the "best week" will make you crazy.

The week you're going is not a holiday week, and as of right now there's really nothing notable about that time frame, so it "should" be just normal springtime crowds. That could change two days before you arrive, of course, if that's when some big company decides to have their annual meeting at WDW. But you shouldn't base your entire planning on which days everyone thinks will be least crowded. Go at the best time for YOU, and have a plan that can be adapted to meet the crowd level. If you've been in July, you certainly aren't likely to hit higher crowds than that in early April.

WDSearcher Thanks..

Good thats makes me feel tons better. as I thought it was really not that crowded in July,
I was really thinking we would have times of waitting for 3 hours but we didnt. I think we had to do FP on big rides but the other rides we wait about an hour if that, as it really didnt seems too long.

I'm hoping the weather will be good as my daughter really hates the heat. I dont
mind the heat at all, but she really cant stand long lines in the heat, says she wouldn't mind the long lines if it was nice weather.

So we will see. cant wait to go now..
once again thanks..
