We have a choice to visit all of our choice parks at a level 3 crowd on the crowd calendar. The dilemma is we can actually visit the Animal Kingdom on a level 2 day, but would have to switch our Hollywood studios day to a level 4. Should we visit on all level 3 crowds...or enjoy a level 2 day at AK, forcing us to visit HS on a level 4. What should we do??

A. Crowd calendars are a joke...don't waste your time.
B. Go wherever you want on the days you want.
C. If you're going during a traditionally "slower" time of year, it really won't matter one bit.

I would pick the days that work best for you.
I don't know that I could tell the differene between a 2 and a 3 day.
I think crowd calenders are an educated guess at best and I use them as such. I look at them, but rarely move much around because of them.

I too like to use the crowd level predictions to base my days on, but I don't think you will be able to tell a difference between a Level 2 and 3.

With levels like that...just go on the day that works for you!

Happy Planning!

Thanks for asking this and the responses. I've been looking at similar trade offs. Much appreciated.

I always follow the general rule to avoid days with EMH, since they have higher crowds. Other than that, I would not put too much stock in a slight difference on crowd calendars.

Even on Touring Plans site it says not to base park choice on small differences (1 or 2 points) as its too minimal to have a noticeable impact
