We leave in just a few days and my Crone's is running wild! I spend more times in the bathroom then I dare say!

My worry is standing in a long line and having to run in the wrong direction!

I don't want to leave DD in line and hope I can get back in line and I don't want to have to start over!

Any suggestions?

I have Crohn's too so I feel your pain!!

I have found (and this works for little- recently toilet trained kids too) that if you are close to the front of the line, explain your situation to the nearest CM (just saying "bathroom emergency" works well) and they **should** direct you how to come back again (maybe through the FP entrance) without waiting on a long line again.

HTH

My 10 yo dd has Crohns.I know how frustrating it can be.Good luck and definately talk to a CM.Im sure they will help you.

We were worried about my dd having emergencies but being on Remicade has dimished it somewhat.

Good luck and stay healthy!

My DH has crohn's and recently had surgery. I am worried about exactly the same thing. Also, will you be using WDW buses?

I do plan on using the buses but have limited our shows we will see, don't think its fair to have to get up and move while others are trying to watch.

I am worried about the 90 min lines on rides, lol

Lets just hope we all have a flare free comfortable trip!:wizard:

Going this time of year, you are not as likely to find 90 minute lines. When we have gone in mid-Sept to late October, we have found many things with such a short wait that basically it was no wait - just however long it took to move the distance from the entrance to boarding. The one that do have a longer wait are likely to be attractions with Fastpass. For those, if you have not gotten to the point of handing your Fastpass to the CM yet, just keep hold of it and you will be able to come back to the Fastpass line when you are done in the bathroom.

You may also want to look into some planning tools that figure out which parks are most busy on which days. Tour Guide Mike (a Theme Park Board sponsor) has a service like that and you will also find that type of information in guidebooks, like the Unofficial Guide to WDW. Knowing that can make a big difference, not only in attraction lines, but also in being able to get into a bathroom with empty stalls.
Even during really busy times, like Easter/Spring break, it's possible to find attractions with short waits if you know what time to go. For example, Spaceship Earth is usually a long wait from the time the park opens until early afternoon. But, if you go in the late afternoon, you will usually find a minimal (5 minute) wait.
At MK, if you are there early in the morning, you can usually go on all the Fantasyland attractions with a very short wait. Those tend to get busier as the morning/afternoon go on.

Another thing to think about is the length of attractions - here's a link to a DIS site page with the attraction lengths. In general, MK attractions are very short and most of those at the other parks are longer. Besides rides, there are a few where you can't get out during the show - Ellen's Energy Adventure at Epcot and Carousel of Progress at MK.
For theater shows, there is always an exit accessible. You enter on one side of the theater rows and guests leave after the show directly opposite from where you came in, on the other end of the row of seats. So, you could still see those shows without inconveniencing others by moving all the way down the row to the end. If you have to leave, you will be right by the exit.

I will not be using the busses. Only the ME since I know there is a bathroom on the bus. We are staying at a monorail resort but AK and HS of course arent on there. I will be taking taxi service to those parks. I guess I first need to find out if you can actually take a taxi from your resort to the parks. Would anyone know the answer to this?

Yes you can.
Ask the concierge, front desk or bell service how to call for a taxi. You will need to ask the taxi driver how to contact him/her for a ride back to your resort.
There are taxi drop off points at each park, usually very close to the front of the handicapped parking area or bus area.
