OK not my normal choice of footwear but we were in a shoe shop today and I tried a pair on I loved how comfortable they were and the kids decided they wanted some as well.

My question is - do I pay approx £30 a pair here or should I order from the US?

I have found a few sites which will deliver to the UK.

Also I'm cunfused about sizing would I order the same size as I would buy here, all the sizing info seems the same for the US as it is here

Bit of a UK Crocs fan club in this thread on MoneySavingExpert...

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=370837

You'll find lots of links to UK websites in that thread and most of the websites talk about the sizing and what size you should go for.

I emailed http://www.taylorshoes.com/professional.htm to ask if they would deliver to my hotel in Orlando as we are thinking about going in May and I reckoned this would save on shopping time :thumbsup2

I've more or less worn nothing but Crocs since I got mine last year and wore them throughout the winter.

hiya,

i bought both my pairs here in the UK, because i couldn't wait til we go to florida!!!

re sizing: i am a size 6 shoe, size 7 trainer. i have a M7 F9. hope that helps?

I was thinking of waiting until I get out there...but wasn't sure if any of the outlets sold them.

Outdoor world in Festival Bay do:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 I love that shop. Better than any theme park!! See www.basspro.com to see what they have. loads of crocs for $29 plus tax.

I'm under orders to bring some back for my Mam next week so I've been looking!

last week when I was in WDW .. the disney crocs were all over the place.. at the 4 parks and 2 water parks... they were even some at the giftshops of several resort we hopped too! Good luck!

Go to www.jellyegg.com they have kids styles and sizes too and free delivery on most items:thumbsup2 they are an English company and there is a size guide on the site to help you get the correct fit :thumbsup2They have the jibbitz to decorate the Crocs with and I think they had some Disney jibbitz. My Beach Crocs were £22 with free delivery from jellyegg and I'm gonna get DS some soon £19.99 they should have free p+p too, DH still isn't sure about them yet.

Babyboo,
If you can wait till you get to the US, I would recommend buying from Dillards. We always go there, fairly ealy in our holiday, and the Beach crocs (£29.99 here), work out around £16/17 including tax from over there! Check out the styles!

I have a pair of Beach and Athens (toe post), and would go for the Beach every time as they are so comfortable.

I would recommend trying them on first, as my DD had a pair of Aspen (the closed in type) brought back from the US and they were tight, even though she ordered the correct size. The Beach style are meant to be worn loosely, ie. you shouldn't feel the shoe around you.

I hope this helps?!

how do you find the sizes compare when you order on-line. I got some from Next and John Lewis (both beach) they were the same size according to the underneath of the shoe but totally different when on my feet. The Next ones were the better fit and a lot more cumfy, the John Lewis ones had bigger bobbly bits to walk on and were smaller!! I would be frightened incase they didn`t fit or wern`t as comfortable.

Am I right in thinking that they are meant to be rather generous around the foot?

Many thanks

Like I said in my last post... they are definitely meant to be worn loosely. You shouldn't be able to feel the shoe around you!
I agree that you should really try Crocs on, to make sure you get the right size. Hope this helps.

We bought DDs over here at Costco for £13 - cheaper than anywhere we saw in the US over Easter - but this is only any use if you are a member of Costco! Crocs & similar designs were everywhere and Crocs were generally around the $30 + tax.

Whow what a bargain....

We had an account with them but really only used it once or twice. Did use the Reading one. hehehee

My wife, an avid Crocaholic since she bought a pair in Australia last year, tells me that the sizes vary depending on where in the world the Croc was made. So, size X could feel different depending on if it was size X made in Malaysia or made in USA. Based on this it would be worth always trying on the Croc before buying it, or ensuring that it can be returned if it is not the correct fit.

:) Chris, currently living a pre Croc existence in a house of many Crocs.

I think I might get them over here, I have been looking on www.shoebuy.com who seem to have some great discounts but by the time I've paid the postage and possibly VAT I don't think I'm saving "that" much.

It's a shame my local Costco doesn't stock them - I'll have to keep an eye out.

My lot have got picky though and have chosen specific colours and styles so now I'm not only trying to find a good price but somewhere that stocks what we want.

The only place I've found all 5 pairs in stock are www.crocs.com but they don't deliver to the UK :headache: They do have a good size guide that you can print out.

I've just ordered 3 pairs for myself, DH and DD and the only place I could order all 3 pairs together was through Crocs in Europe (forgot the website address, but they're based in the Netherlands. Paid 118 euros (approx £80) for 3 pairs so roughly the same as as the UK and free delivery. I was so pleased as I wanted the pink disney ones for DD, in anticipation of our trip next year. Everywhere else I looked was either sold out, didn't have to colour, size or style I wanted or didn't ship to the UK. I just hope they are as good as everyone says there are!
