OP here - was surprised to see this pop up in my email. Glad to hear that customer service is better. Funny though as I jumped off the crocs bandwagon this summer when I fell in love with Tevas. Wore them every day during my 10-day summer Disney trip (I used to have to take a day or 2 off with my crocs so that I wouldn't have any blister/rubbing issues). I can wear them in the rain without worry (hazardous with crocs as they can be very slippery) - I've even hiked in them. I am now all about the Mush and the Mandalyn wedge. BEST flip flops EVER.
