If you bought your Crocs online, where did you buy them from and how long did it take for you to get them?

I was thinking about buying them from the Crocs web site, but I have heard that it takes a while to get them. Plus, I have e-mailed them twice, and they never responded which I thought was kind of odd.

Anywho, I would appreciate any info you can offer!

:flower:

Good luck. I ordered two pairs from Corcs online three weeks ago and the order is still "pending". And even worse is the fact that I have emailed them three times with no reply. I tried calling several times, but was left on hold. I really wanted to try their shoes, but I'm not impressed with their service. I guess their shoes are so popular they don't need to provide good service.

I ordered from zappos.com and after paying I got an email that they were upgraded to overnight shipping. I have heard of several people getting this upgrade as well. Got them so witthin 24 hours of ordering.

but the Shoes are Great! I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order to stop being PENDING, too. I ended up running over to Von Maur to get another pair at lunch today (that'll make 3 when the Pending ones show up!)

I had foot surgury last year, and these things are the only things that keep me from limping...

So I'm trying to learn patience. (And I hit the Disney Store sale while I was at the mall!)

FSUGrad97 do you have a Sports Authority near you? That is where I got mine. Easier than mail order. Also West Marine carries the beach style ones.

our hallmark store sells them. No waiting - all colors - all sizes. My dd just got hot pink. They are bright.......that's for sure.

Just saw them at our Hallmark store as well- I didn't have time to stop in, but I will check them out this weekend hopefully!

I ordered 3 pairs of Crocs fom Crocs.com by telephone May 12. I callled because DD and I were leaving June 1 for WDW and I wanted them for our trip. I talked to someone there (should have gotten his name) and even changed the color on Croc Niles (2 pair) because he told me the ones I origanally wanted were on back-order but these were in stock and would ship in time for trip. I called back 5 days before we left because my order dadn't arrived. Rather rude man answered phone and told me shoes were on back order and he didn't know when they would ship. When I told him first man said these were in stock he acted like I was making up the whole story.
While we were gone one pair (DH's) Beach model finally arrived.
I called again last week and was told Nile's were still on back-order, might be in in two weeks and then it would take a few days to get order togeather. I then asked if he knew when the new style showing on their web-site would be avalible and was told they don't know.
Long story later, we are still waiting on 2 pairs of Croc's Nile's. and have no real idea when they will come. DH LOVES his. It's kinda funny to see a man who doesn't know or care what brand his clothes or shoes are tell his friends they should try some of those Crocs I got him.
So, Croc's must be great, I can't say personally. All that is in our local stores in NE Louisiana are Beach type and my heart is set on Niles. Maybe someday??? :confused3

I ordered from Zappos once and got them immediately...they have been out of my size for a while so I ordered from Crocs directly in the beginning of June and I am still waiting.... :rolleyes1

I got mine from Zappos very quickly. I was also upgraded to overnight or two day or something. Their selection seems a little decimated now, although they do have a couple of colors in the Nile and Metro models. When I ordered, they only had Beach.

I just discovered that my campus bookstore sells the Beach model, so I may buy a second pair there. They're about the same price, but no waiting!

If you have a Dillards Dept store they were carring them in SCarolina, and had them on the national website.

After reading all the glowing reviews on this post I wanted to see if they would fit my very wide feet. The had only one style (beach?) but eight different colors. I was stunned to find that the size 8 I normally wear was way too large for me. The size 7 fit fairly well. I didn't buy them. I couldn't get past their funky looks.

I checked the crocs website and clicked on local dealers when I was looking. There were stores in my area that sell them. No shipping who hoo. Maybe there are dealers where you live? Or a friend? Or a relative who can buy them for you?

I wore my crocs every day in WDW last month. They were great and very comfortable. It was a game for us finding other crocs at WDW. I did order a pair of the Niles from No fear website in April, got them This past Tuesday! Too small for me, i thought they ran larger.

I ordered a pair of bright blue Crocs in the sandal style a week ago. They arrived yesterday! Now that's what I call prompt shipping. They are quite comfortable and I plan to take them along for our trip to WDW in August. They will be great for rainy days. I was a little worried they might not fit my very wide foot, but they do.
