Crocs - Turbo Strap

They now sell a turbo strap on the Crocs website that can replace the original strap on the shoe. Does anyone know what benefit you get from this over the regular strap?

It looks like the turbo strap is meant to allow for greater adjustment of the fit of the shoe. And it comes in cool and funky colours, lol. They have a lime green, wink wink.
