Alright - I figured it all out.... 
Not only is there the sizing difference (whole sizes for Cayman's - S, M, L, etc for Beach style)
There's also a pattern on the top of the shoe... on the Cayman, there is this bumpy stripe, is just that - a stripe across the foot. The Beach bumpies are more peaks, and valleys - think of an EKG print out.
Also - the holes in the top of the Cayman are larger, then the beach holes. Not obnoxiously bigger - but bigger.
I did not look at the inside the shoe itself, as the sales people at Norsdstrom were already giving me the evil eye, and checking me out like I was a loon, for examining them as I was.
My next trip - I will check out the inside.
On this note - The Nordstrom at OakBrook Mall (for Chicago'ns) is having a makeup extravaganza on April 1st. At this extravaganza Mr Geir Ness (of Laila - the essense of Norway perfume, found at the Norway Pavillion in EPCOT) will be there - signing bottles, AND giving away "major free gifts with purchase" according to my sales lady.
So, if youre in the market for some Laila - stop by Oak Brook Nordstrom, April 1st.
