Crocs Sizing?

I few months back I had read on this board, that Crocs had a PDF of croc sizes. I was hoping that someone still had it.
I need to purchase a pair for my little so I need to check the sizing, so I don't have to go through the hassle of sending a pair back if they don't fit.
