What is body glide? The only thing I can think of is KY type stuff.
I love my crocs but after a couple hours they hurt my feet. I took them to disney last year and got blisters on the ball of my foot. Hurt really bad. I'm now looking for something new for our next trip but I don't want to wear heavy sneakers. Any suggestions?
If I wear my Crocs to walk a long distance without the strap around the back of my heel, I will start getting blisters. I guess from gripping the shoes with my toes. They need to fit loosely and wearing the strap in the back lets that happen.
I never wear the strap at the back of my heel, and I sort of have to remind myself not to grip with my toes, and convince myself that the shoes WILL in fact stay on my feet (& they do!). I found my feet getting sore from gripping because it feels like the shoes are going to fall off, but they're really not going to!

I got some crocs and I like them but I have wide feet and they are tight across the top of my foot. They fit loose everywhere else. Is there a way to stretch them so they will fit correctly across the top? I tried a bigger size and that didn't help.

Yes, I had to stretch my Caymans out across the top of my foot. It was rubbing when I walked, and I knew it would be a blister spot. I stuck them in the dryer for a couple of minutes, and then put them on with some thick socks and walked around a bit. It stretched the top of the foot out immediately, and they're now perfect! Just be careful that you don't stretch them out too much.![]()
I absolutely LOVE my Croc flip flops. I wore my Athens last summer to WDW and had no problems whatsoever. This year I have bought the Capri's and have worn them for about the last month and they ROCK!
the reason this may be is because I saw a study saying that they are really better for people who do a lot of standing and not that helpful if you need them to walk all day. Not that they dont' work for some, just that they aren't the miracle shoe for walking as much as for standing.
