Dumb me. Loaded up the crockpot this morning w/ my vegies, and roast, but forgot to turn it on.
Came home from church and had no good smells when we hit the door.
I usually put it on low for around 7 hours. I turned it on high when we got home around 1. I figure 4.5 hrs on high, but worried that it will not be as tender. What do you all think?
I'm second guessing that I should have just stuck it in the fridge and started over tomorrow morning.
