I will be attending EMM at HS in late October. My plan is to spend EMM doing TSL (obviously), then move to RNR and TOT and finish up with Star Tours before hopping over to AK to use FPP’s. No need for Indy, Frozen or other shows or meets. What time do you think we will finish at HS, even if we do repeats on the rides? I’m guessing no later than noon...?

Yes you should be done by noon. Especially if you hit rockin rollercoaster at or right before park opens to regular guests.
