Looks good! On our return day, if it's not a park day, we like to go to DTD and grab a sandwich at Earl of Sandwich. Since you're having a late breakfast at CM, I would fill up there then, like I said, go with a sandwich for a late lunch. It would be filling but not too heavy for a 2-3 hour flight. The other option I would consider is lunch at Kona Cafe.

I second Earl of Sandwich - to die for tuna melts! Not very expensive either. My favorite find this past Jan. Highlight of the trip (dining-wise anyway).

I've read great things about Kona Cafe and several other resort restaurants that are not very crowded for lunch.

Have fun! I can't wait to get our dining plan together!
