Hi folks ... first post here ... my family of four are going to WDW from Dec 12 - Dec 19. I have most of my ADR's done but my wife doesn't think I have enought variety (was looking for a nice Italian place but don't like Tony's after last visit and have seen too many bad reviews about Mama Melrose) ... tried getting menu/ADR for Tutto Italia replacing Alfredos but they're not doing ADRs for this restaurant yet (anybody have a menu?), also interested in Asian or Mexican but read some bad reviews about these as well. What do you think of my current ADRs ... should I cancel any and try for a different restaurant ... all opinions/recommendations are appreciated

12/12 - Kona Cafe - Dinner
12/13 - Wolfgang Puck Cafe - Dinner - after Cirque Du Soleil
12/14 - 50's Prime Time Cafe - early dinner then get a seat for Fantasmic
12/15 - Coral Reef - after my son and I go diving in aquarium thru DiveQuest!
12/16 - Le Cellier
12/17 - Seaworld (not sure if I should make reservation or eat outside WDW
12/18 - Late lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern - MVMCP at night
12/19 - Probably CS before catching our flight at 3:00.

I am not crazy about 50's Prime Time Cafe, but some really like it. Food, imo, is very bland, and has been going down hill for a few years.

As far as Asian, how about Teppan Edo? It's the former Teppanyaki in Epcot that is currently closed for renovations. Also, the new Asian ts restaurant at the Animal Kingdom should be open by then. It's called The Yak and Yeti. Hope that helps.

I've been to kona cafe, wpc and le cellier and would def recommend all 3. With wpc being a great use of counter service if your on the plan. Can't say much about the others, you'll find that most of them have mixed reviews but all are worth a try :thumbsup2

Kona was very good. We felt our portions were big. Food was tasty!
50's was enjoyable...we love the atmosphere!
Le Cellier My family loved it (I (picky eater) wasn't amazed!)
LTT was good server wasn't very attentive....

I tried to get info on sea wold dining for my trip in Aug. They don't take reservations for in park dining.

Hope this is helpful!

Thanks for all the responses so far ... more welcome. This forum is great ... I've been reading a lot of threads for the past three hours, and have learned more in those three hours than months searching the internet!

I think you did great. You have a nice mix of restaurants in different areas. I have eaten at Le Cellier, 50's Primetime, and Liberty Tree and enjoyed all three. The Disney restaurants are more experiences than just a meal. While the food at the 50's wasn't fabulous, the experience was great. Have eaten twice at Liberty Tree and loved it both times. Food there seems a little more like homemade. And Le Cellier is delicious. You don't have any meals near DAK. Are you not going to that park? If you are in that area, you might consider going to the AKL for a meal. If you have an adventurous palate, you might like Boma. Ate there on my 50th B.D. and it was a very special experience. AKL is very striking. One of the most beautiful resorts IMO.
