Going to the World early December. ADRs coming up in a week or so. Three families...5 adults (2 65+) and 5 kids (13, 10, 10, 5, 2) Only one picky eater (13 yr old). Typical taste buds of the group. We will be in parks at rope drop and staying for fireworks a HS/Epcot, hence why I have two TS those days so we can have a few longer "rests". We are staying at PO Riveside. This is my families third trip by the other two families that are our guests first!

Sunday...MVMCP (CS)
Monday....EPCOT...Le Cellier (Choice #2 is Rose and Crown)
Tuesday...MK...CRT (Bfast)....Ohanas (Dinner)
Wednesday
HS...50s Prime Tme (Lunch)...
Thursday AKL...Tusker House (Bfast)...DTD for Dinner (??? Raglan? or P56?)
Friday ...MK...Beast's Castle Dinner??? (#2 choice LTT???) Doing Pirates and Pals cruise that night!

Friday is 12/7 and I am hoping Beast's Castle is open by then? Thoughts form you experts? Alternatives if it is closed

We went last June with a party of 11. We all loved Crystal Palace mainly because the food was good, the location is good, the teens ate until they were full and the little ones loved the character interaction. We also didnt feel crammed into the restaurant.

I highly anticipate that Be Our Guest will be open... however, Pirates & Pals serves a pretty good amount of snacks (enough to replace a meal in my book). So if you're planning on doing both in the same evening, I recommend trying for an early BOG ADR.

Honestly with out knowing when Be Our Guest will open i wouldnt plan on it. It is very possible that they will opn in the fall, it is also very possible it won't. I would book another ADR for that time slot and then in the case that they open and start taking ADR's switch it.

Just My Opinion

Thanks! The food on the cruise is kind of junk food right? That might work if I do a 5pm Ressie and then let the kids take the snacks on the boat as the dessert.

I agree the beast's castle is iffy but what to do as backup? LTT or Kona or Chef Mickeys? It is our last night and the cruise leaves the contemporary like at 6:45 so have to stay close...

Crystal palace will be my backup...my son wants to eat in the castle and the twin boys have already decided to compete over who can get the most princess kisses(groan)...
