That was a close one.

After lengthy and rough negotiations, Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson has signed a deal to return to the veteran CBS drama —which is scheduled to begin production on its seventh season in just two weeks.
Sources confirm that Gibson signed on for two more years in a deal worth mid-to-high seven figures, plus a signing bonus, with the actor more than doubling his previous salary.

Aw, it's okay. You're really not missing much anyhow. My husband laughs at me because I don't care for most adult beverages. He says I'd make a terrible alcoholic.

Wooo party! It's my grandma's 86th birthday, so I already partied hard with her and my mom at Applebee's tonight

I wonder if anyone else will show up to this late night CM party, or if everyone else on the thread will have to wait until tomorrow to see the news

The whole DIS tends to die down after midnight. I never understood that because it's only 9pm on the west coast. I guess they aren't as hearty as we east coast people are.

I'm surprised at how early people are on here too. I was up at 7:45 this morning because our friend was coming to do the windows at like 8:30. I'm never up that early unless I'm at school. I couldn't believe how active the DIS was

It's because lots of people have little kids who get up at the crack of dawn without any alarm & wake up all the parents.

I've noticed that if a TV show airs at 10pm, a lot of people will wait till 8-10am the next morning to post about it, once they get the kids off to school. I'd rather post about it when I've just seem the show. But these people hit the hay instead.

Yeah, it doesn't matter right now, but during the school year my DIS time usually comes at night or in the afternoon. By the time I drag myself out of bed, I barely have time to eat, get dressed, and be on time I'm always excited to come here and talking about CM during/after it airs. I'd probably forget everything I wanted to rant about if I waited until the next day

Wow! Obviously they were willing to raise his salary...so I wonder why the negotiations took so long
