Well, now I can't live on campus OR in an off campus appartment! I was planning on living at home for at least my first year anyway

Anyway...I can't even tell you how happy I'll be if this show comes back in September with last season's cast :worship: :worship: :worship:

We're just going to have to get you into online college courses. ;)

Would you trust Seaver to be able to ask all the necessary questions? I wouldn't. The writers already made her out to be very dumb. She suddenly grows a brain now? :confused3

Umm, there's a couple details from this episode that are way too eerily similar to the real life, serial stalker case in Long Island right now. :(

The first four women in the L.I. case were all connected to Craigslist. All were in their 20's. All had the same profession. And the one victim from the Buffalo, NY area had the unsub making phone calls from her phone after she was dead. :(

I really hope all these were coincidences on the CM writers' parts. Because it's in bad taste, especially now. :( I know Law & Order takes stories from real life. But, this one is too close to home, (literally by location,) and it is still an ongoing investigation.

How long has the Long Island case been going on? This episode was probably filmed at least a month ago. There have been a lot situations like this from Craigslist. Like the Craigslist killer from Boston. It was probably a coincidence and just bad timing.

I don't know. Maybe 6 weeks? :confused3 Or it seems that long. :(

 Holy Cow! Did the writers bring in Strauss as a way to write Thomas Gibson out of the show, if they don't renegotiate a new contract?

"Where's Hotch?"
"Oh, he's filling in for Strauss for a few months," (. . . to really forever. Bye, bye, Hotch!)

Breathe! Take deep breaths! Stay calm until it's official!

I don't think CBS is dumb enough to kick Thomas and Shemar off the show after the horrible reaction to firing AJ and Paget. Hopefully.

What if TG wants out of the show?!?

TG is super smart. He went to Juilliard, which is considered the acting school in the U.S. He knows how to read scripts and tell if they are good or bad. He can tell when a show has jumped the shark or is heading to the jump.

He left Chicago Hope, after that went down the tubes. He was even in an interview and said it had jumped the shark.

Dharma & Greg,
self destructed after Dharma almost had an affair with that Hercules actor. tak about cutting Greg's cahones off. :sad2:

TG knows when a show is going down the tubes. Maybe, HE wants out, and later on there will be a "diplomatic" announcement that they couldn't reach a mutual agreement and TG is not coming back.

Just watched my DVR'ed CM.
Couple of things: Imzadi - I 100% agree with the paralells to the LI serial killer case(s) going on right now....very close to home.

As for Seaver, I still despise her .:sad2:
All of a sudden, she grew a spine, and some character?? I think not.
She needs to go.

If that article is correct, I will jump for joy, literally.
The show is stale without Paget & A.J.

The show is going downhill fast....I didn't particularly care for tonights episode.

The creepy factor was not there for me.
Anyone else agree?

I assume next week is a repeat?

Yes, it's like Seaver is dumb and smart at the same time? Just because that one woman liked her, suddenly she should get everyone's stamp of approval? :confused3

The writing is just not as good this season. J.J.'s farewell was badly contrived and written. Morgan's connection with that girl Ellie, from the season premiere wasn't all that great. Seaver being the dumbest FBI agent there is. Hotch, possibly leaving now, and it looks like he won't get a real goodbye, either. Just a "I'll be back in a few months." Then Rossi will probably update us several episodes later that Hotch got a permanent promotion. . . :sad2:

I heard somewhere that CBS fired a few of the writers between last season and this season. That would explain a lot :rolleyes1

Well, that explains a lot. I kept thinking that the writers have been thinking they have a lot of new people watching now, as it's been on ION & A&E, so they made Seaver the new gal to explain some things to the new people. That they dumbed down the show because of it.

But, after 5 seasons, the viewers aren't new. Plus, anyone can watch several episodes on ION & A&E, especially the ones with Gideon, as the earlier episodes do explain a lot, and a viewer can catch on quickly to what the show is about. It's some of the writers who are new to the show. :headache: And they don't catch people up when Seaver asks dumb, obvious questions. She's just dumb. :sad2: People who watch CM are intelligent. They should write to our level, as they've been doing for 5 seasons. :sad2:

If Hotch takes over for Strauss, the FIRST thing he had better do is can Seaver and bring in some experienced FBI agents, not probies into the team. That's what I think Hotch would do. He cares enough about his team to want the best.

The writers? :confused3 They should go back and watch old episodes. When both Elle & Prentiss joined the team, they were both told how many people are standing in line to join the BAU. Well where are these agents? :confused3

Another thing that changed this season...Edward Allen Bernero, who has been running CM since the 2nd season, apparently stepped aside this season to work on SB. One of the executive producers was running it this year, and will be next year too because Bernero is leaving. Another one of the executive producers is leaving too.

What the heck? :confused3

Oh well, if AJ, Paget, Thomas, and Shemar are all on the show next year, the writing won't bother me much

Just watched yesterdays show and it was not very gripping. Also the reasons the unsubs killing are getting bizzare and very petty.

Are Morgan and Garcia officially dating now? What happened to Garcias-whats-his-name boyfriend who was also another analyst?

I am also curious as to why they let the viewers know Prentiss was alive? Why cant the let her collegues know. They are mature enough to keep a secret! Also Strauss does not know? I conced JJ may have used her contacts to get Prentiss the passport and money but why cant Hotch just tell every1?

Hotch and Garcia? Where did you get that? Did you mean Morgan? If you did, that's still a no. Kevin(the analyst) is still around. He was mentioned a few weeks ago.

Because the more people know, the more they put her at risk. As far as I know, the only people who know are Hotch and JJ, and probably some people at the Pentagon. Hotch wasn't even supposed to know.

And they let us know she's alive, because that leaves the door open for her to come back next season.

Oops I meant Morgan. Earlier they had a playful banter. The exchange at the movies at the beginning of the episode made it sound something more.

The door would still be open as long as they did not show her dead. Her 5 team members would never put her at risk. Hotch has mentioned to Morgan in an earlier episode he trusts him with his life then why cant he trust him with this. Morgan is feeling so guilty he couldn't save her. These are professional law enforcement who I think can be trusted.
