I have dui case in florida that is still pending until augest 2013, and the charges will be dropped. I just applied to this program and I had to say yes that I have a criminal charge pending againist me (DUI) what are my chances of getting accepted?

I don't think it will be an automatic denial. When you do your phone interview they will ask about criminal history. Be honest and tell them what happened, and that you realize you made a huge mistake and that you learned from it. You can also mention that the charges will be dropped.

When you do get the charges dropped make sure to get the arrested expunged off your record.

With that large of a workforce, there are people there that have DUI's.

Be sure to put it down. It won't immediately disqualify you from a job. I believe that is even said on the application.

However, if you don't put it down and something pops up on your background check, then you can be terminated for falsification of the application.
