It makes me crazy! And, ProvoCraft gave them an exclusive on two cartridges. What were they thinking? It's been all over their own message board for MONTHS how people have had issues with this site.

I emailed Cricutmachine about my issue wit hthe card...guess what they said??? NOTHING!!!!! Never got back to me!

Use paypal ladies. Knock on wood I have NEVER had an issue with them and have purchased from them quite a bit. Really you should be using Paypal whenever you are buying something from the interwebs.

I finally got on and could place a order late yesterday morning. I had been trying since they opened it up the other night.

I never got a confirmation emailed to me so I am wondering if it actually will come.

Hi! I got on right away at midnight and placed my order. I too have not received a confirmation email but I went to their site and checked my account. My order is there and it says "processing". I'm assuming they are overwhelmed with orders. I used PayPal to pay for the purchase and it has not shown up on my credit card. I have ordered from this site beore without problems. You might just want to double check your account on the website. It made me feel better knowing the order is there.
