Hello fellow DISers! We have just returned from the world of food! Our first ADR was at Sci-Fi, and we were allowed to share. We used two adult credits for adult meals and purchased 3 kids appetizers. DH and I both got milkshakes and split between 3 kids. We also shared our food and desserts.
The credits are still pooled, but you can only order according to your account specifications per order. In other words, in one room, we had 2A and 2C. We could order any combination not to exceed 2A and 2C in one order. If I was in one line and DH in another line (this applies to counter service) I could order 2A and he could order 2A. Are you with me? We DID use a child credit for an adult meal, but it was by accident or ignorance...take your pick. BIL ordered his child an adult CS breakfast plate at POP and used a credit. I assumed that an adult credit would be deducted leaving us short and "A" credit and we'd have an extra "C" credit, but this was not the case.
At AK, we got the kids pizza from Pizzafari, and the adults ate at Flame Tree. We did not have to specify at either place to use A or C credits. On out last day, we had 6A table service credits left which we used on 3A meals and 3C meals at WCC.

Yes, what you said was all true and it is how the DDP works. But in about ... oh.... 12 hours this thread will be locked due to a flaming war having started over your immoral, unethical suggestion that at counter service you ordered 2 adult meals and your DH in another line ordered 2 adult meals. You will regret ever making the statement. The DIS police will now be after you ::cop: . (P.S. I do NOT agree with the about-to-happen-flamers! :firefight : or the DIS police!)

No flames here either! :sunny: Thanks for the info! We'll be leaving in 28 days!!!

Isn't it funny how most of the flaming posts start by "I'm not trying to flame you, but.... (Flame, Flame, Flame)"
:) Just an observation.
