Has anyone used the Credit Karma tax program?

I thought that I would try it since it says that business schedules are included at no charge. After entering all of the information, I'm not sure our return will be accurate. For example, it didn't ask how much our state refund was last year. Since we itemize, we should have to include that amount in our return this year.

I think that I may have to go back to taxact and pay again this year.

I started to but tax hawk seemed easier. Not sure if they charge for business schedules.

I think swagbucks might have a tax Act offer if you are a swagbucker.

I thought about using it but there was something about it that just felt off. I didn't feel like it asked the right questions and there was areas missing. Our refund ended up a lot different then H&R Block online which I've used for years.

We used it this year. Normally we use Turbo Tax but my husband decided to try Credit Karma out. He did a side by side comparison with Turbo Tax and the numbers matched perfectly.

We weren't able to utilize it for our State this year only Federal because my husband worked in 2 states (home and other) for year 2016 and Credit Karma didn't have the ability to do that.

ETA: We did it as a personal (no business involved) tax but itemized configuration.

which is easiest for simple returns? we've been doing turbotax.... is taxhawk better?
