I purchased tickets from jet blue and now they are having a sale. Out one flight is $30 cheaper for each ticket. I have 7. Do they offer a credit? And how do I go about inquiring? Thanks for the information

Call them and they will issue a credit which I believe is good for one year.

We got a credit last year that was good for 14 months. It was so easy, they put the credit in my True Blue acct and when I went to book the next flight they just deducted it from price.

You may have to pay a $25 change fee. I had tried that once with them and was told that I had to pay the fee. Fortunately, They cancelled the flight due to the hurricanes last year and I was able to rebook at the cheaper fare with no penalty for a later date.

When I went last year, between the time we booked our flight and the time we went, the price went down about $20 each ticket (there were 2 of us).

There were no charges to get credit back for us. They offered two way of getting our credit. A) apply it to a trueblue accout, or B) apply it to the credit card number that we used to buy the tickets (just to clarify, it wasnt a refund to the credit card, but they would link it to the account number so that next time a flight it booked with that number, they would apply the credit to your purchase).

From what I remember though, it was good for one year, and if it was on the trueblue account, you could trasfer it to another person some how....

But yes, call them or e-mail them about the credit.

They give you a credit to use within 12 months or so. But make sure you keep your seat assignments> Last year when we got to the airport we had no seats after arguement we still had to be seperated 2 and 2

I just got off the phone with Jet Blue and I was able to get a $60 credit for my mom's flight from Burlington, VT to Orlando in September. The flights went from $89 each way to $59 each way. The customer service woman I spoke with was very nice and said that she wasn't going to charge me the $25 change fee. It was very easy.

I constantly get credits from Jet Blue and have never had to pay any fees or worry about seat assignments (well, sometimes I don't have the exact seats I thought I did but we are always seated together in other seats and never split). They put the credit into my jet blue account and tell me that I have 12 months to book a flight (I don't have to travel within that 12 month time - just book a flight). I've also been able to buy a ticket for someone else with the credit without any trouble :)

I thin they're a GREAT airline! :)
