Yes. Have them stop by the Front Desk to set that up. I strongly suggest that once they do that, they use their Magic Bands to purchase something inexpensive in the gift shop then go to the Concierge Desk or back to the Front Desk to make sure everything went to the right person. Much easier to get straightened out earlier rather than later.
