For my niece's Sweet 16, I got a candy jar and and filled it with her favorite candy (Jolly Ranchers). I rolled up $100 and tied it to a ribbon and slipped the money into the center of the candy jar and then screwed the lid on with the ribbon hanging out. The end of the ribbon had a note that said "Pull me for a Surprise!" I printed out a sticker that said "Sally's Sweet 16" and stuck it to the jar lid. She was pretty excited when she saw what was tied to the end of the ribbon!
