Creative Poses with Characters? Any ideas?

Love the Mike Wazowski pics! Super creative.

Here's one of my daughter and Peter Pan

I've seen some really cute ideas in this thread. My fave so far has been offering Snow White an apple, I'm sure that would make a great pic. Anyone seen any cute Donald Duck or Pooh poses?

This wasn't planned but turned out to be one of my fav silly character ones from our Feb trip last year. My middle ds is quite the ham and can be unpredictable at times and he walked right up to Mike and poked him in the eye!

It's not very original, but I have a picture where me and Donald are giving the #1 sign (because, after all, Donald is #1).

This was not planned; Buzz instigated it! So fun!

I wish I knew how to post pictures because I have three I love. One is with The Incredibles, and my children are all doing super hero poses. The other one was with Smee, and Captain Hook. I told my daughter to say "tick-tock tick tock" to Capt and when she did, he took her and ran off with her. He posed her for a pick almost hanging upside down! She was begging for her Minnie Mouse doll back which Smee took and was hiding with because they said my DD wasnt nice.:rotfl2:

I can't figure out how to post, but we have one of Donald going nuts as we stand pointing to our Mickey Mouse t-shirts.

An idea for Pooh is that since Pooh is always patting his tummy, we all pat our tummies, too.

One other of my favorites is with my boys making muscle man poses with Pluto.

Can't wait to hear more ideas.

I use the Photobucket site to share pictures here. Just go and sign up for an account(free) and there is an area to upload pictures. Once they are uploaded, there will be different image codes underneath the pictures. Choose the one that starts with IMG and copy and paste it into your post.

This wasn't planned, but I got Donald and DS in a little heart to heart talk. DS did not want to have a picture with Donald and his little cousins, but Donald talked him into it:goodvibes I know the characters don't actually talk, but evidently he got his point across.

I have a similar pic with Donald from my last trip, it was really cute.

I love the "tick tock" to Hook idea. I think the little things like that get the best reaction. I can only imagine your daughters shock:rotfl2:

The Mickey t-shirts with Donald is a good idea. Donald is my fave and I'm sure he put on a show for that one.

These are some great ideas:goodvibes

Bringing along a prop related to the characters' story also results in unique photos. For the meets with Baloo, I had a copy of the Jungle Book with me. Guests and CMs loved this idea and I got lots of comments on this.

My "I don't want character picture" husband did this one with no prompting. Not super creative, but fun.

and my "throws up hands in front of face when pictures are being taken" brother, did this one

I don't have enough posts to be able to post the pic but I have a cute one of Donald and I blowing kisses to each other. I think he started it and I played along. i love character interactions like that.

Ok so not a character photo per say but one of my friends has one of the funniest WDW pics I have ever seen. There's tons of pics of girls being proposed to in front of the castle, guy down on one knee. Well her friend had just gotten engaged a few weeks before her trip is this exact pose. So my friend and her long term boyfriend got the photopass photog to get a picture of them... he is on one knee in front of the castle... tying his shoe! She is standing hands on hips with that "really?" look on her face. The photopass guy was :rotfl:

My favorite pose that I have ever had done during a picture was with Tiana and Naveen. Naveen is kissing me on the cheek, and Tiana has this look on her face like "Oh no he didn't!". Favorite picture with any characters, by far!

I'm good friends with Donald and a few others. But specifically for Donald, anything Mickey-related (or Donald related, as he is #1) will get you a great show.

Basically, having something with the character on it will always get attention. Or buttons such as "just married", etc. Ask for a picture kissing Mickey/Minnie's nose, act like a puppet with Pinocchio, scratch behind Marie's ears, tell Pluto to chase his tail. propose to minnie.

It's always good to let the character take the lead in the interaction. After all, it is all about them, and trust me they are some smarties!

My cousins husband kept telling characters to "rock it out" ( pinky and pointer finger up-middle fingers tucked under thumb) we have a cute one of Aladin and Princess Jasmine "rockin it out" with everyone :goodvibes
