Creative Memories no longer selling Disney

My Creative Memories Consultant notified me today of an email that they will no longer be selling the Disney licensed stuff. I thought I could get to the website tonight to make sure I had all the programs (digital software). They have removed all of the Disney products except for a few items and the only digital remaining item is a CD of Mickey and Friends while supplies last. Just wanted to get the workd out. I am glad I bought all the digital additions several months ago. Hmmm wonder what Photopass will put out there now.

Disney products are available until the supplies are depleted. CM will explore new Disney licensing in 2012.

The only paper stuff left is the 12x12 Cars addition and the 12x12 Fairy addition. I was able to get the Mickey addition 2 days ago, but it is gone now. I had to order the Mickey digital CD to be able to get any digital stuff. I have also heard they will be looking into a new license in 2012, but I'm planning to start our Disney albums in January and didn't want to wait to see what came out then.

You don't need to make the parties. You can order directly online from CM or a consultant, and they will drop ship it right to your house. That's what I do since I'm to busy to see my consultant regularly now, darn sports! LOL

I still have some in my stash, thank goodness! I was really shocked at the short notice CMCs got about the removal of the digital stuff...by the time I got the e-mail, it was too late to go up on the website and get anything I didn't have. I think I have most everything, though, at least I hope so!

Anyway, the paper stuff is being sold while supplies last, and I'm sure there are CMCs like me who might have some extras...and it will be up on eBay, no doubt.

My one regret is not purchasing the cute little mini-album they had for Disney; I did one and then didn't order any more and I believe that they have been gone for a few months now.

It wasn't until I got an e-mail about the $1 shipping this weekend and I was on the CM website that I saw the Disney coversets were on the "While Supplies Last" section. Of course, I came over here to try and figure out what was happening and got my answer. I have to say, although I like the CM products, it doesn't seem like the consultants in my area want any business, they certainly don't work it like they used to.

I knew nothing from mine either and She's my neighbor but to put it nicely she is out of loop on a lot of things lately with her new job and commute length. Shocked other CMC who I'm Fb friends with didn't metion it to me as she is disney nut herself.

I'm a CMC and I sent an email to my customers as soon as I found out about this. I didn't want anyone to miss out on anything they may have been holding off on buying.

I personnally try to do the best that I can letting them know about these things but sometimes things do slip through. Like last month, I had no idea there was some special album for breast cancer and last week one of my customers was looking for one. I had no idea it even existed so I called CM and it was only out for October. I felt bad that I couldn't get her one. If I knew about it, I probably would have bought one to have on hand just in case since it was special

CM isn't my primary job though. I already have a full-time job that I work 50-70 hours a week at and this is just something extra that I do mainly to purchase things at a discount for myself.
