Creative Design ?

Hello Designers, I am new to this board so this is all new to me. How does this work? Do you sell your designs and how much? I am looking to get some of these designs to make tshirts for my family when we go in Oct. I saw 1 design with the Canadian Mickey head and was wondering if someone has done a Ms Mickey head or can do 1? Do you do them to download and then I can print onto iron on paper? Or do you do them and add them to tshirts yourselves and sell them? I have seen several that I liked (halloween, animal mickeys, and also interested in the stick family) but didn't know if it was legal to download and print on iron on transfer or if I had to buy them. I definetly don't want to do anything that I am not supposed to do. That is not how I do things at all.
