Creamed Scalloped Corn

VERY GOOD! A real wiinner! A real favorite with whomever eats it!
(I'm dragging out my oldies, but goodies!) Notice a cheese pattern in my recipes?

1 cup sour cream
1 can drained whole corn
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
Swiss cheese (sliced)

Mix all ingredients except the cheese. Pour into a greased baking dish and lay the swiss cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.

I have done that recipe too only mine doesn't have the swiss cheese in it. We really like it but I'll have to try it with the cheese!

I finally made this recipe and it was very, VERY good! My two boys wouldn't go near it (they don't go near too many veggies, even corn!)

DH took the leftovers to work, and it was gone in a matter of seconds!

This would be a very good dish to take to a pot-luck!
